Service
AuthentiHub is a curated batch food ordering platform. Restaurants prepare and deliver orders; AuthentiHub coordinates checkout, payment, and delivery routing.
Orders & payments
- Pricing, taxes, and any voluntary tip or delivery fee are displayed before payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. AuthentiHub never stores your card details.
- Restaurant payouts are released to the restaurant after they accept your order.
Cancellations & refunds
- If a restaurant rejects your order, you are refunded in full automatically.
- Orders not accepted within 2 hours are auto-cancelled and refunded.
- To request a refund on an accepted order, email orders@authentihub.com.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or place orders you don't intend to receive. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
AuthentiHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Service is provided "as is" without warranty beyond what's required by law.
